Municipal Emergency Response Overhaul

Necole Holton-Jacobs brings over 22 years of emergency management experience to J. Jacobs Public Safety Enterprise. Her career spans municipal government, nonprofit leadership, and federal grant administration — giving her a uniquely comprehensive perspective on community resilience.
She has personally overseen more than $41 million in federal mitigation funding, developed FEMA-approved Hazard Mitigation Plans for multiple Florida jurisdictions, and led community engagement initiatives that have reached thousands of residents across North Florida.
